OCEAN TERRACE OVERLAY LDR AMENDMENT
INCREASING ALLOWABLE FLOOR AREA RATIO FOR WORKFORCE HOUSING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO REQUIRE CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ESTABLISHMENTS ON A ROOFTOP WHERE SUCH ROOFTOP IS LOCATED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO A BUILDING CONTAINING RESIDENTIAL UNITS.
ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE REVIEW OF FUTURE FAR INCREASE REQUESTS, INCLUDING ANALYSIS OF IMPACTS, AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH/PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT
AMEND THE CITY'S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO REQUIRE A 6/7TH VOTE OF THE CITY COMMISSION PRIOR FOR ADOPTION OF ANY INCREASE IN A PROPERTY'S ZONED FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR), THE METHOD THE CITY USES TO REGULATE THE SIZE OF A BUILDING.
AMENDMENT TO THE CD-2 ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS IN THE MIAMI BEACH RESILIENCY CODE TO REVISE THE CONDITIONAL USE REQUIREMENTS FOR RESTAURANTS IN THE SUNSET HARBOUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND AMEND THE OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR RESTAURANTS IN PARKING DISTRICT NO. 5.
EXPEDITE THE OPENING OF THE BAYWALK AND MOVE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BAYWALK UP ON THE G.O. BOND PRIORITIZATION LIST; AND PRESENT THE BAYWALK PLAN TO THE LUSC COMMITTEE.
DISCUSS FPL'S STORM SECURE UNDERGROUND PROGRAM (THE "PROGRAM") AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR IDENTIFYING CITY OF MIAMI BEACH NEIGHBORHOODS WHICH MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR UNDERGROUNDING OF POWER LINES THROUGH THE PROGRAM, AT NO COST OR EXPENSE TO CITY RESIDENTS OR BUSINESSES.
