WHEREAS, on April 13, 2023, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. R-23-0178, approving the Miami for Everyone ("MFE") Program, creating the MFE Special Revenue Fund, and authorizing the City Manager to implement and update program processes and documentation; and

WHEREAS, subsequent to the establishment of the MFE Program, certain allocations were made from District accounts and the Mayor's share of available MFE funding to various MFE projects and programs; and

WHEREAS, on July 23, 2026, the City Commission adopted Resolution R-26-0343 deallocating and reappropriating funds, in the amount of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($125,000.00) from the project identified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated; and

WHEREAS, the funds identified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated, were originally allocated from the District 4 share of the Miami For Everyone ("MFE") Program and appropriated to the projects and programs identified therein; and

WHEREAS, the status of the affected projects and programs has been reviewed, and the associated MFE funding originating from the District 4 share of remaining MFE funding is recommended for deallocation from the projects identified in Exhibit "A"; and

WHEREAS, the City's Administration has confirmed that the funds identified in Exhibit "A" remain unobligated or otherwise eligible for de-appropriation and re-allocation in accordance with applicable City procedures; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission now desires to de-appropriate allocations and re-appropriate the identified amounts back to the District 4 share of MFE funding for future programs and projects, as detailed in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated; and

WHEREAS, the City Administration further recommends that allocations and appropriations as identified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated, be authorized, subject to the City’s receipt and availability of such funds andany and all applicable Federal, State of Florida ("State"), and local laws, rules, and regulations;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble of this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section.

Section 2. The allocations previously appropriated from District 4 share of MFE funding, in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($125,000.00), as identified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated, are hereby de-appropriated from the corresponding MFE project lines and re-appropriated to the respective District MFE holding account from which such funds originated, subject to the City’s receipt and availability of such funds.

Section 3. The City Commission hereby re-appropriates the funds identified in Exhibit "A," attached and incorporated, to the District 4 MFE holding account designated therein for future allocation and use.

Section 4. The City Manager is authorized to make any changes necessary to adjust, amend, and update the City's Operating Budget, Five-Year Financial Plan, Strategic Plan, and Multi-Year Capital Plan, as necessary and applicable to implement the provisions of this Resolution.

Section 5. Certain necessary actions by the City Manager and the designated City departments to update the relevant financial controls, project close-outs, accounting entries, and computer systems in connection herewith are hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed.

Section 6. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature by the Mayor.
