Section 2. The term limit requirement contained in Section 2-885(b) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby waived by a unanimous (5/5) vote of the members of the City Commission, as said requirement relates to the appointment of Pierre Rutledge, Kevin Deeb, Gregory Gay and Ben Fernandez as members of the Housing and Commercial Loan Committee. Section 3. The employment prohibition contained in Section 2-884(e) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby waived by a four-fifths (4/5ths) vote of the members of the City Commission, as said requirement relates to the appointment of Gregory Gay as a member of the Housing and Commercial Loan Committee.
