A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE ADMINISTRATION TO INCLUDE WITH THE BUDGET PACKET DISTRIBUTED DURING THE FIRST BUDGET WORKSHOP AND THE PROPOSED BUDGET BOOK A COMPREHENSIVE MEMORANDUM DETAILING THE AUTOMATIC ANNUAL (OR BIANNUAL, IN CERTAIN CASES) INCREASES TO CITY FEES SET FORTH IN APPENDIX A OF THE CITY CODE.
