And 8:00 A.m. Each Night At Alcoholic Beverage Establishments Located South Of 16th Street, On Specified Dates During The Spring Break High Impact Period In March Of 2022; And Providing For A Sunset And Automatic Repealer, Severability, Codification, And An Effective Date.

A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Following A Duly Advertised Public Hearing, Approving The Amended And Restated Ground Lease Agreement (the “ground Lease”) Between The City Of Miami Beach And Cfc-mb I, Llc, An Arizona Limited Liability Company, For The Collins Park Artist Workforce Housing Project (the “project”), Said Ground Lease Modifying, On A Limited Basis, The Required Mix Of Income-eligible Tenants Of The Workforce Housing Units At The Collins Park Artist Workforce Housing Project, Provided That All Of The Workforce Housing Units For The Project Shall Be Rented Solely To Eligible Individuals With Households Earning 120% Or Less Of The Area Median Income For Miami-dade County, Consistent With All Applicable Requirements Relating To Workforce Housing As Provided In Chapter 58 Of The City Code; Approving The Lease Agreement (the “first Floor Sublease”) Between Cfc-mb I, Llc (sublessor) And The City Of Miami Beach (sublessee) For The First Floor Retail Space Within The Project; And Further, Authorizing The Mayor And City Clerk To Execute The Final Negotiated Agreements.

A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The City Manager And Authorizing The Administration To Commence Negotiations With Two Of The Firms That Submitted Bids In Response To Request For Proposals (rfp) 2021-173-kb For Mixed-use Developments Incorporating Class A Office Space With Respect To City-owned Parking Lots P25, P26, And P27; And Further, Referring The Proposed Projects And Any Accompanying Amendments To The City’s Land Development Regulations To The Finance And Economic Resiliency Committee, The Land Use And Sustainability Committee, And The Planning Board For Review, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The City Code.

A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The City Manager's Determination That A "high Impact Period," As Defined In Section 82-443(1) Of The City Code, Shall Exist For The Period From March 3, 2022 Through March 29, 2022 ("spring Break 2022") And, Accordingly, Approving The City Manager's Spring Break 2022 Plan (as Set Forth In The Attached Memorandum); Authorizing The City Manager To Impose Those High Impact Measures, As Set Forth In This Resolution, And Which Measures Are Consistent With Section 82-443 Of The City Code; And Approving And Authorizing The City Manager To Impose Such High Impact Measures Beyond The Initial 72-hour Time Period Set Forth In Section 82-443 Of The City Code, And Hereby Approving An Extension Of The High Impact Period To Include Any Or All Of That Period Of Time From March 3, 2022, Through March 29, 2022; And Which Measures The City Manager Deems Necessary To Protect The Public Health, Safety And Welfare, And To Protect Public And Private Property From Damage, Degradation, And/or Unauthorized Uses.
