A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO REQUIRE, AS PART OF THE SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT PROCESS FOR BEACH EVENTS, THAT EVENT ORGANIZERS PROVIDE CLEAR ON β SITE SIGNAGE AT REGULAR INTERVALS ON EVENT FENCING, AND AT A MINIMUM AT EACH ENTRANCE TO THE EVENT SITE, CONTAINING EITHER: (1) A QR CODE DIRECTING THE PUBLIC TO INFORMATION ON THE PERMITTEEβS DIGITAL DATABASE ABOUT THE PERMITTED EVENT; OR, IF A QR CODE IS NOT FEASIBLE, A WEBSITE ADDRESS OF THE PERMITTEE LINKING TO THE SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT, AND (2) THE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO THE CODE COMPLIANCE COMPLAINT LINE; AND FURTHER DIRECTING THAT SAID SIGNAGE BE CREATED AND SUPPLIED BY THE EVENT ORGANIZER AS PART OF THE PERMIT CONDITIONS.
