A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR EACH CITY COMMISSIONER TO IDENTIFY UP TO THREE PRIORITY ITEMS ON EACH REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA THAT THE COMMISSIONER WISHES TO PRESENT; PROVIDING THAT EACH COMMISSIONER MAY PROVIDE A RANKED LIST OF PRIORITY ITEMS IN WRITING TO THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON THE LAST BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION MEETING; PROVIDING THAT THE MAYOR SHALL USE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO CALL EACH COMMISSIONERβS PRIORITY ITEMS, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE TIME LIMITS IN THE CITY CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE ORDER IN WHICH PRIORITY ITEMS SHALL BE CALLED.
